Working principle

In the cleaning chamber, a designated number of workpieces are placed. Once the machine is activated, the high-speed blast wheel propels projectiles, forming a stream of projectiles that uniformly strike the surfaces of the workpieces, achieving the goal of cleaning and strengthening. The ejected projectiles and abrasive flow into the elevator and are lifted to the separator for separation. Dust is sucked into the dust collector by the fan, where it is filtered, and clean air is released into the atmosphere. The dust on the filter bags is mechanically shaken off into the collection box at the bottom of the dust collector, which users can clean periodically. The waste abrasive is discharged through the waste pipe, allowing for potential reuse by users. The mixture of projectiles and abrasive is collected through the reclaiming pipe and returned to the chamber. After separation by the separator, the clean projectiles enter the blast wheel through the electromagnetic gate for impacting the workpieces.
