Working principle

It uses a catenary device to continuously convey workpieces. In the shot blasting chamber, the high-speed rotating shot blasters accelerate and project the shots onto the surface of the workpieces. These shots impact the workpieces at a high speed, and through the actions of impact and friction, adherence such as the rust layer, oxide skin, and welding slag on the surface of the workpieces are removed, thereby realizing the cleaning of the workpieces. At the same time, the shot blasting process will also have a certain squeezing and strengthening effect on the surface of the workpiece to improve its surface performance. Throughout the process, the working state of the shot blasters and the conveying speed of the catenary are adjusted through the control system to ensure the best cleaning and strengthening effects.
