We have invented a new type of blast machine for casting and forging production: HAOPIN high power direct shaft blasting machine. Testing, improvement, analysis and retesting

Using high-tech technology and test equipment to work with foreign experts (Germany) (including Japan), we can study the details of the unprecedented flow of the pellets, allowing our R&D team to determine all the waste in the operation of the existing blast machine. Point and avoid these situations in our new blast machine.
 
The research team focused on the control of the pellets and made complex and detailed improvements in the configuration of the impeller, directional sleeves and blades, and the components associated with each other.
 
Every detail of the new blasting machine is designed around the control of the pellets to ensure that the energy is fully utilized and the hotspot area is clean and completely controllable.
 
Through the above-mentioned ingenious improvement, the machine wear is reduced, the amount of maintenance is reduced, the downtime is shortened, the failure rate is reduced, and the performance and accuracy are improved, thereby helping the customer to greatly improve the production efficiency.

Internal testing found that HAOPIN blasting machines have many significant advantages:
  • The energy consumption of the shot blasting machine is reduced, and the operator can achieve the same performance with lower input power or achieve higher performance with the same input power.
  • Avoid premature decomposition of the pellets - reduce the "idle" of the pellets before they reach the blaster blades, thereby reducing the amount of pellets, saving costs and energy.
  • More pellets can do their best: the pellets accelerate on the surface of the workpiece in a precise, controlled pattern.
  • The residual pellets inside the blast machine are reduced, avoiding unnecessary wear and reducing equipment maintenance requirements. 
  • Easy to maintain - The new blast machine is a one-way device that enables simple three-point quick disassembly from the front end. The wheel and hub can be removed at the same time, and the top wear liner can be easily raised for easy blade maintenance.
  • The double-sided wheel assembly avoids misalignment and achieves a perfect balance – reducing noise and power consumption, and ensuring that maintenance personnel can “once” when installing the wheel.
