The following are some precautions when using a shot blasting machine:

Operator Training: Operators should receive professional training and be familiar with the operation process, performance, and safety regulations of the shot blasting machine.

Protective Gear: Personal protective equipment such as protective glasses, earplugs, safety helmets, and protective clothing must be worn during work to prevent injury from shot material splashing and noise.

Equipment Inspection: Before use, carefully inspect all components of the shot blasting machine, including the shot blaster, shot material conveying system, electrical system, etc., to ensure they are in normal and fault-free condition.

Shot Material Quality: Use shot materials that meet the specifications and quality requirements, and avoid using damaged, deformed, or overly contaminated shot materials.

Workpiece Fixing: Ensure that the workpiece is firmly fixed in the shot blasting chamber to prevent movement or detachment during the shot blasting process.

Ventilation and Dust Removal: Ensure that the ventilation system and dust removal equipment are operating normally to effectively remove dust and improve the working environment.

Overload Protection: Avoid overloading the equipment to prevent damage to the motor and other components.

Emergency Brake: Be familiar with the location and operation method of the emergency brake button to be able to stop the machine quickly in an emergency.

Regular Maintenance: Perform equipment maintenance at regular intervals as prescribed, including replacing wearing parts and lubricating components.

Safety Warning Signs: Keep the safety warning signs on the equipment clearly visible and do not remove or damage them without permission.
