How to prevent dust explosion in shot blasting machine
We want to avoid such big accidents as aluminum dust explosion as far as possible, so we have to pay special attention.
(1) The fine powder discharged out of the machine from the projectile circulation system should not be put into the cleaning machine again.
(2) The dust and fine powder discharged from the dust collector should not be put into the projectile circulation system again.
(3) Do not throw the projectile materials and fine powder recovered after cleaning around the machine into the machine.
(4) Do not put any fine powder, dust, etc. into the machine except for the steel shots recovered during maintenance and inspection.
(5) Do not put the fine powder accumulated in dead corners such as the inner corners of the shot bucket into the projectile circulation system and the shot blaster.
(6) Please use the dust removal air volume and separator air volume below the management value.
(7) Please do not use the machine in an abnormal or faulty state. Check, confirm the cause, repair, replace parts, and allow use under normal conditions.
