Causes of Oil Leakage in Shot Blasting Equipment

What should you do if your shot blasting machine is leaking oil? Shot blasting machines often experience oil leaks. Examples include leaks from the engine's rotating shaft and switches. So, how should you handle these sudden leaks? First, let's discuss solutions for oil leaks from the engine's rotating shaft. These shafts include the starter's shift lever, clutch handle, and the Y/A shaft.

Causes and Solutions: If the shaft and hole are worn, create sealing grooves on the starter's shift lever and clutch handle shafts on a lathe and install appropriate-sized rubber seals. If the Y/A shaft's rubber seal is aged and ineffective, replace it with a new one. How should you address oil leaks from the engine's switches? Switches include the water valve, fuel tank switch, and gasoline switch. If the ball valve is worn or corroded, clean the rust between the ball valve and the seat and replace it with a suitable steel ball. If the sealing packing and fastening thread of the shot blasting machine engine are damaged, the fasteners and sealing packing should be repaired or replaced. If the cone joint surface is not tight, it can be ground with fine valve sand and engine oil.
